We will perform the annual administration of your plan. This will include the Form 5500 filing, annual reports and participant statements.

Examples of general consulting issues are: revision of your Plan to accommodate new objectives or changes in the law, calculation of minimum distributions to participants who are age 70 ½ and older, or preparation of excise tax returns relating to the Plan.

+ “Partnering” with Your Fund Holder to Provide Services to You

By working together with your fund holder, we believe that we can maximize the quality and breadth of services that we provide to you, helping your Plan to run properly and successfully for your employees.

+ Assistance With Government Inquiries, Examinations, or Audits

Upon your request we will work with you to gather information and prepare responses to IRS and/or DOL inquiries or examinations.

+ Fiduciary Services

We perform services in an advisory capacity only, and exercise no discretion as to the administration of the Plan and the management of Plan assets. Therefore, PRCA and its employees are NOT fiduciaries of the Plan and Trust, nor are any of them the Administrator of the Plan as that term is defined in ERISA.

Ask us about 3(16) Fiduciary services to see how we might be able to help.
